My addition is the Flower Pot Starter and Earl Grey in Mini-Watering Can, as part of the Tour 1 Chef Tasting Menu at Hong Kong’s Mandarin Oriental.

Smart architecture
Two concepts I recently came across reminded me of each other - both work with nature, especially wind power. The Dubai-based Dynamic Architecture project (where buildings rotate like strands of DNA) and the Tokyo Bay-based Pyramid (where 24 80-story skyscrapers could be suspended within, and people travel inside via the tubes).
